Questions like -- “How do you feel about yourself?” or “What value judgments are you making about yourself?” reveal underlying mindsets that significantly affect your heart, mind, and functionality.
These mindsets then pour over into our lives, careers, health, relationships, and more!

Are you good enough, competent, and capable of doing what needs to be done?
