How to avoid burnout when working virtually

Hello friend,

The world sure has changed in the past two years -- and through it all, you've undoubtedly learned a lot about yourself.

You've probably also learned a lot about the people that you've worked alongside of as well!  Maybe those are even the people who live inside of your house??

Statistically speaking, many of us are working from home (or have worked remotely in the not too distant past).

According to a global survey conducted by Gartner, Inc., "88% of business organizations all over the world mandated or encouraged all their employees to work from home as the virus started to spread at exponential rates."

That's almost nine of every ten workers were encouraged to work from home at some point in the last 20 months!

Although the percentage of people working from home is less today than a year ago, there are still MANY people working from home.

According to Owl Labs"52% of global employees work remotely once a week, and 68% do so at least once per month."

Are you working from home?

If you're working from home (or have some experience working remotely), listen up!

I want to speak to you directly today.

How are you doing with this shift? Are you holding up? Are you surviving? Are you feeling on edge about virtual work?

A recent client told me this about working remotely -- "Bill, my home was once a place of sanctuary...now it is a place of chaos." I heard the pain with which this client spoke these words and knew that we had to address a significant issue facing many of us today.

This issue is burnout.

Many of us have struggled to make the shift to virtual work. Unfortunately, working remotely without a clearly defined plan has made working remotely highly challenging for many of us.

If this sounds like you (or if you supervise remote workers), I have a solution that I want to pass along to you.

This Friday (October 29 at noon), I am hosting a one-hour webinar called "How to Avoid Burnout When Working Virtually."

I'd love it if you could join me for this discussion. Virtual work is not going away any time soon -- and with a plan, you can learn to thrive in this type of environment. I'd love to discuss how.

Join me on Friday, October 29 at noon, and let's talk about it!

Hope to see you there
