The average person has between 12,000 to 60,000 thoughts per day. 80% of those thoughts are negative. And of the 80% of negative thoughts people have, 95% of them are repetitive. 

That statistic shows me that many of us struggle with fear and negativity.

To some degree, each of us wrestles with fear.  

Fear can stifle our growth, sabotage our relationships, and hinder us from achieving our potential.  

However, fear can be harnessed, repurposed, and channeled into something positive.
